GrowLikePetals Terms of Service

GrowLikePetals is a Wyoming-registered digital software company providing white-label software and infrastructure that enables independent retailers to sell goods online.

GrowLikePetals does not sell products, does not act as a retailer, and does not fulfill or deliver any goods.

GrowLikePetals operates nationwide as a technology service provider. Availability of retailer services, products, or delivery options varies by location and is determined solely by independent retailers and third-party providers.

All transactions occur directly between customers and retailers. GrowLikePetals acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not a party to any transaction involving goods, alcohol, or delivery services.

Retailers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of alcohol, including beer, wine, and spirits. GrowLikePetals does not verify licenses, permits, or regulatory compliance and assumes no liability for alcohol-related sales.

Use of alcohol-related services is strictly limited to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By using the Services, users represent and warrant that they meet all applicable legal age requirements.

GrowLikePetals does not employ, control, or manage delivery drivers. All deliveries are performed by independent third-party delivery providers. Once an order is accepted by a third-party delivery provider, all risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, or non-delivery transfers to the retailer and delivery provider.

GrowLikePetals is not responsible for product quality, safety, legality, intoxication, misuse, refunds, chargebacks, delivery failures, or customer disputes.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. GrowLikePetals disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowLikePetals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Users and retailers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowLikePetals from any claims arising from alcohol sales, delivery failures, regulatory violations, customer disputes, or third-party actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
